Our educational philosophy

We view child development as a holistic process, and in supporting it, we rely on close collaboration between child, parents, and educators to ensure that each child's development is met. We treat every child and adult as an equal, demonstrating acceptance, respect, and appreciation to build a trusting relationship. We encourage our staff to engage in self-reflection so that they can advance their personal development and assume their professional responsibilities. We promote the educational quality of our staff by engaging with contemporary research findings to further develop our educational quality in practice.
We are
A family-supporting educational institution in the municipality of Adligenswil. We care for children from 3 months old until they start school.
Depending on your family's schedule, our half-day or full-day program may be the right choice for you. No matter your child's needs, each of our programs provides the support and guidance necessary for optimal development.
6:30 to 8:30 Individual arrival with a voluntary breakfast
9:00-11:00 Morning ritual, individual offer: free play, project participation
11:00-14:00 Personal care, lunch, lunch break/nap
14:00-16:30 Outdoor stay, project participation with snack
16:30-18:00 Personal care, individual pick-up
Drop-off and pick-up times for all day: 6:30-8:30 and 16:30-17:45
for half day: 11:00-11:30 and 13:00-13:30
The daycare center is open Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Before official holidays, the daycare center closes at 5:30 p.m.

Two training days for the team per year:
Parents and guardians will be informed of the relevant dates in a timely manner. Parents affected by the closure have the option of compensating for the lost childcare time in the same calendar year if the daycare center is not fully booked. The responsibility for the actual compensation lies with the parent or guardian.
We'll be closed for two weeks during the summer holidays; the exact dates will be announced annually. We'll also be closed from December 27th to January 3rd.
